Vintage antique J C Higgins western saddle ranch working cowboy decor OLD $1 NR

It has seen many rides and shows wear. I will try to list everything I see that might need attention. It was not our saddle, we bought it at a sale. The man it belonged to used it until last summer. He put a newer nylon off billet on it. One of the stirrup leathers may be missing the last set of holes, the leather on the horn is missing, there is some crazing on the leather, a little stitching is missing. The bottom of the tree has metal on it, not sure if it was an add on. There is a screw under one concho (I would guess to replace a nail that is missing) and the normal dings and scratches you would expect in an old saddle. We will sell as decor since it is so old and may be damaged, but look it over and you might be able to use it! Not sure what the bar size is sorry!
