We will be offering new items and saddles daily over the next few weeks. Today we are offering this Tex-Tan western pleasure/ trail saddle for sale. This is their Hereford Brand and it was made here in the USA in Yoakum, Texas and not somewhere overseas. This saddle was made when real materials and craftsmanship went into everyone they produced. This saddle has a 16 inch suede leather padded seat. It is lightly tooled with the classic oak leaf/ acorn pattern. The leather is not dry and cracked, but clean, soft and flexible. The stirrup leathers have not been cut or altered in anyway. It does have matching tooled leather stirrups. It does have just the right amount of silver conchos, horn cap and name plate. We have included a picture of the serial number that is stamped on the leather it reads 08 – 1453N6 2-98-338 43. This saddle does come ready to ride with a tie-strap and off-billet. The lining has NO holes or wear spots and is clean. The tree is ROCK solid. The horn has NO wiggle or wobble. Overall skirt length is 26 1/2 inches. Total weight is 34 pounds.
