The seat is just under 16 to the stitching so it will fit a little smaller, please see measurement picture #8 to decide for yourself. The gullet is 7 so Full QH bars, see picture #7. There are no maker marks/serial numbers/hallmarks, etc on this saddle. The quality and styling is very similar to a Circle Y or Billy Royal. The leather is above average quality, very soft and well taken care of. Lots of silver plate that is not tarnished or damaged. Black top grain seat with normal wear. Nice deep cutouts under the skirt for more contact. The skirts are just over 28 and it weighs about 32lbs. Comes with the cinch strap and tooled off billet. Guaranteed solid tree and rigging.
