Each saddle is handmade only, not a production saddle. The seat is 15.5 to the stitching, Full QH bars. Please see measurement pictures #7 and #8 to decide for yourself. Fits a horse really well. Normal wear from ranch use, the black on the seat is fading in some spots. Comes with the cinch strap and off billet. Skirts are 27 and it weighs about 34lbs.
