The leather on the hind skirts are stiff, and a little stiff on the jockeys. I’ve oiled it once but it could use more. The fenders are in nice condition. Comes with the cinch strap, off billet and flank billets only. Guaranteed solid tree and rigging. Skirts are 26 and it weighs about 32lbs.
