Vintage parade horse saddle used 14.5 Boyt antique tapaderos use or decor barn

Use it or put it in your party barn! Has a 14.5 seat (but sits a little larger). Please see the pic of the seat and also the gullet, not sure what the bar size would be. The wool under neath is a little patchy up front. The hardware is some what rusty, not sure how to clean that up. There are a few studs missing and some of the top coverings on them are missing (haven’t tried looking on line for replacements). Horn and tree (aluminum) are solid. One fender has a little gold paint on it as shown. One of the stirrup adjustments is missing the top locking piece, however there is a piece of wire there now and I was told it was used that was for the past few summers in parades with no problem. The saddle weighs approx 40 pounds. I did find a similar saddle in a 1949 Boyt Saddle catalog. Given it’s age we will sell as decor, if you do decide to ride in it, particularly safety related items such as girth points, girth and stirrup straps should be regularly checked for signs of excessive wear and tear.
