This Billy Cook Longhorn 16 Seat Western Saddle is in GOOD CONDITION and FULLY FUNCTIONAL. There is no flank billet strap included. The Girth strap has no buckle. It seems that the buckle for the girth was connected with the pad that goes underneath it (which is not included). There are some discoloration spots on the suede of the seat. It has 1953 engraved under the left part of the saddle, so perhaps it was made in 1953. We don’t know for sure. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
