This is our next generation plantation saddle. Our saddles are designed for TWH, but fit many of the southern gaited breeds. This version has an ecco friendly oil finish. Wood/fiberglass reinforced tree New and Stronger. Hand rubbed oil finish. Very soft, supple leather. Leather with nylon reinforced stirrup/fender straps. Prevents holes from stretching. High density foam padded leather seat. Lots of ties and rings. Neoprene foam underskirt for more comfort to the horse. In skirt Stainless Steel double rigging, with 6 copper rivets on each side. Use full, 7/8, 3/4 or crossfire rigging. Angled real D for crossfire rigging. All of our saddles are made for short back horses. Cutaway skirt prevents interference to gait. Front D rings for breast collar. Crupper keeps saddle sliding forward going down steep hills. HD light weight, resin endurance stirrups. Good quality full grain leather. Full grain, soft, supple leather. Strong polymer stirrups with 1 rubberized foot pad. We use quality leather. If you are not familiar with the term “full grain”…….. Its the best quality surface finish of leather available. Not filled, not shaved, not sanded… Chosen for its smooth natural quality. Full grain leather is not patched or coated, there may be some very minimal blemishes in the leather. This is natural and it does not affect the wear or usability of the saddle.
