Dixieland Custom made 16 seat Gaited Saddle

Dixieland Custom made Gaited Saddle. This beautiful saddle is in very good condition. I believe it has a 16 seat- see pic with tape measure to be sure. The gullet measures 7 and is 15 wide at the base. I rode this saddle twice before retiring from riding. It has a slight scuff on the left hand side flap (pic included). Felt has almost no wear. Does not include a back billet or chinch. This saddle has been stored in the house. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Saddle weighs about 30 lbs. Saddle has a wide tree.
