Reining Saddle 16 Tex tan Hereford

It has a 16 seat, Full QH bars. Its used, but has allot of life left. We cut the stirrup leather tails shorter shown in pictures, because there was so much slack bunched up and in my way, they still go quiet long, long enough for my 5 11 husband to use this saddle. The horn leather had popped off, this will need glued down or sewn back together, see pictures. The cinch billet is broke off a bit short, I would replace it if I used this saddle every day. But its been really just a spare saddle for a few years now, and we are cleaning out our tack room. It us functional and ready to be used how it is. The tree is solid.
