It is very well made with quality in every detail. Even the rosettes are carved instead of flat. This saddle predates the use of serial numbers, and was made well before he moved to Sulphur, OK. Here are the saddle particulars. Hand carved leather with buckstitched edges. 15 padded leather seat (See pictures). Rope strap on pommel. Dropped front and rear rigging. 25.5 skirt length. Fiberglass wrapped wood tree with 7. Gullet /Full QH bars. Matching buckstitched leather covered stirrups. 3 wide leather stirrup straps. Change buckle stirrup adjustment.
