16 Seat Reining Saddle Bighorn #850 by American Saddlery maker of Crates NO RES

Please read description and look at all pictures : Bighorn brand 16 seat western reining saddle. USA made by American Saddlery. GOOD QUALITY 16 professional level reiner. IMHO this would be a good training saddle so that you could save the fancy silver mounted rig for the show ring. I saw guys doing that at Cardinal Reiners in Aubrey, Tx. 27″L x 25″ W skirts Latigo keeper has brand name plate & 850 model # stamped. Also has leather off billet keeper. Bullhide covered tree has 8 gullet (prox). I believe this was made for foundation Quarter horses. Clean gel-seat is super comfortable and deep to place you correctly for turns and stops. Rawhide wrapped horn is 2″H x 1 1/2″W, small & low w/ a slight forward tilt to keep out of the way. Has a silver concho set into cap. Very tiny rubbed spot on the cap’s nose, probably from standing up in trailer(see close up pic) Stirrups have been swapped for attractive engraved heavy ones shown in fleece pic but I have the original rawhide covered ones if you’d rather have’em. Weighs 32# (prox) No tears or stains in the big roomy seat(see close-up pic) Bulk free 3 position in-skirt rigging is rawhide reinforced with slot at rear. (see pic) Comes with good leather tie strap & off-billet. (see pics) Has breast collar dees. 31/2 tall cantle for security, wide cantle rim. Genuine Blevin’s buckles. Color is a good looking shade of medium brown that won’t show dirt as badly as light oil. There are no scuffs or flaws to speak of on this saddle. Fleece is very clean, tree is sound and horn, cap & cantle are tight. Nothing needed, put it on a horse and ride it as it comes out of the box, just add your girth.
