Circle Y 14 1/2 Barrel Saddle, Great Condition

This is a super nice Circle Y barrel saddle that has been well cared for. According to the serial number (364915071102) it shows a 15″ seat, but as the pictures show it measure 14 1/2″. It has a 6″ gullet, horn height of 2 1/2″, skirt length is 23″, cantle height of 5″, was built in 11-2002 and weighs approx. The rawhide on the top of the horn is worn in one place and the seat has a spot, which I took a picture of. The front of the pommel on the right side is lighter than the left side, don’t know why, it was that way when I bought it used. I think it could be darkened if someone wanted to go to the trouble, but it doesn’t show when on a horse. It has beautiful tooling, is even tooled on the back of the cantle. The sheepskin is in great condition. The seat jockey and fenders are rough out, but I think someone oiled the rough out, but should have oiled the smooth side underneath. That certainly has not hurt the saddle in any way, it rides so nice, is super comfortable and the high cantle really holds you in and gives you a very secure feeling.
