Roo Hide Western Horse Saddle. Cowhorse, Reining, Cutting, Trail, Penning. 15.5

ROO HIDE HANDMADE COWHORSE/ ALLPURPOSE SADDLE. This is a saddle I bought a few years ago from a friend who had it made by John Burgun of Roo Hide Saddlery. It was made for her as a cowhorse/reining saddle. I have ridden cutting horses in it and really like it. The swell is 8 tall which is a little shorter than most cutting saddles and it has a dally horn so you have a little more clearance with your hands than a normal tall cutter front on a saddle. It is fully tooled with basket stamped pattern on round skirts. The fenders are slick out leather and medium length (I’m 5′6 and ride them near the top and I ride very short stirrups). The saddle has a 7″ gullet and a 15 1/2″ padded slick out seat. The seat holds you a little more with the padding than a normal flat cutting saddle. The conchos are upgraded from regular to the Silver Pinwheel ones. This saddle has a standard 7/8 D-Ring rigging and back cinch. The skirt is cut out under the rigging to allow your leg to rest without so much bulk under your leg. The fleece is in perfect condition. DOES NOT SELL WITH STIRRUPS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. This saddle is in great condition with MANY more miles left in it!! It is very comfortable as a reining, cutting, cowhorse, penning, trail or all-around saddle! This is a used saddle and there are some cosmetic/ maintenance details to go over. The cinch holder on the right side is missing. The conch is there and there is no damage to the saddle. The bottom rivet of the hoof pick holder on the left back cinch ring is broken. The reinforcements on the insides of the fenders have come unstitched. One blevins buckle is missing a post (I can send pic if wanted). There are a few cosmetic rubs as shown in the pics and the seat has some character but is in great shape.
